Sienna Ingham

visual artist - interdisciplinary Fredericton

Sienna Ingham (she/her) is an interdisciplinary artist, collector, and avid craft researcher based in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Originally from Toronto, she developed an interest in textiles through their connection to accessibility, and DIY ethics. Ingham’s current studio practice involves the use of traditional crafting methods - including loom weaving, sewing, hand-dyeing, and printing – as a way of exploring contemporary concerns. She aims to create work that is both confrontational and ethereal. A graduate of both Concordia University and the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design, Ingham is the Director of alternative gallery space Mudroom and works at the Provincial Archives of New Brunswick.
